Pricing questions
What happens after the free trial?
Choose a plan and pay to keep using HRDesk. Nothing you entered during the trial is deleted.
How do we pay?
By bKash, Nagad or bank transfer, monthly or yearly.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added to the invoice at the government rate.
What does installation include?
Setting up your company, branches, salary heads and leave rules, importing your employee list, and connecting your ZKTeco machines. It is charged once, and it is free when you pay yearly.
How is Enterprise priced?
Per active employee per month, with a monthly minimum. Employees who have left are not counted.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move to a bigger plan when you add employees or factories — just tell us.
What is not included in the one-time licence?
Support and updates. You can buy yearly support and updates separately when it is offered; otherwise you keep the version you bought.
