From sign-up to the first salary in a few days
No installation and no consultant. Here is what the first month looks like.

Sign up
Enter your company name and mobile number. Your account is ready in a minute, with no card needed.

Company setup comes pre-filled
Salary heads, Labour Act leave types, holidays, a general shift, departments and grades are added for you. Change what is different.

Add or import employees
Type them in or import your Excel sheet: name, designation, joining date, gross salary and bank or bKash number.

Connect attendance
Point your ZKTeco machines at HRDesk or switch on phone check-in with a geofence. Punches arrive by themselves.

Leave and attendance run themselves
Employees apply for leave from the phone, the line manager and HR approve, and the attendance register stays up to date.

Make the monthly salary sheet
Attendance, leave, overtime, loans, tax and PF flow into the salary sheet. Check it, approve it and lock the month.

Pay by bank or bKash
Download the bank advice and the bKash or Nagad list, or print the cash sheet with signature boxes.

Employees see payslips on the phone
Each employee gets an SMS and can open the payslip in Bangla or English from their phone.
Questions we are often asked
Is our data safe?
Each company's data is kept separate and every screen checks who is asking. Passwords are stored encrypted and every important change is logged with who did it.
Can we use it in Bangla?
Yes. Every screen can switch between Bangla and English, and payslips, letters and SMS can be in Bangla.
Does it follow the Bangladesh Labour Act?
The defaults follow the Labour Act 2006 (amended 2018): leave types, overtime at twice the basic hourly rate, festival bonus, gratuity and notice periods. Where your company does it differently you can change the setting.
How do we pay?
Monthly or yearly by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Try everything free for 30 days first; we only ask for payment when you decide to continue.
Will you train our HR team?
Yes. We help you set up and run the first month over the phone or a video call.
We use Excel today. How do we move?
Export your employee list from Excel and import it. We can help you map the columns and check the first salary sheet against your old one.
Which ZKTeco machines work?
Machines with the ADMS / push (cloud server) setting, which most current ZKTeco fingerprint and face models have. Older machines can upload their attendance file instead.
